1.3 Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same order or service, and you provide valid proof of the duplicate transactions.

1.4 Unauthorized Charges: If there are charges on your account that you did not authorize, provided that you report the unauthorized charges to us within 7 days of the transaction date and cooperate with our investigation.

3.6 Orders that have been successfully completed and meet the requirements specified in your prompt.


4. Partial Refunds

This includes situations where only a portion of the generated images are defective or do not meet the requirements, or where the issue is resolved after partial use of the service. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the problem and the value of the service provided.
